Tease requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hour notice. If 24 hours are not given to cancel or reschedule, we will charge a 50% fee of all services reserved for you that day. No shows will be charged 50% of the services reserved. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you and a cancellation fee will be charged.
We are unable to give cash back on CC charges. We kindly ask you to come prepared with cash for gratuities. There is an ATM conveniently located just a few doors down at Bankwell in the same shopping plaza if needed or you may Venmo your service providers.
